Skylight Installation Technician

If you have experience in skylight installation and repair, this role is for you! Skylights require precision, proper sealing, and flashing work to prevent leaks and improve energy efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Install and repair skylights and roof windows
Diagnose and fix skylight leaks and condensation issues
Work with customers to determine the best skylight options for their homes
Ensure all flashing and waterproofing is installed correctly

Requirements:

Experience with skylight repair, flashing, and waterproofing
Ability to work on flat and pitched roofs
Knowledge of vented and fixed skylight installation
Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who can manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and assist customers with their roofing needs.

Responsibilities:

Answer customer inquiries about roof repairs, skylight services, and estimates

Schedule roof inspections, repairs, and new roof installations

Assist with permit applications and paperwork

Maintain customer records and follow up on service requests

Requirements:

Prior experience in customer service or scheduling

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Familiarity with roofing terminology and processes is a plus

Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment
